Our birthing class gives expectant parents accurate information about labor and delivery.
The following information will be covered:
- Signs of labor
- Stages of labor
- Relaxation techniques
- Pain management (natural and medicinal)
- Differences between epidural, spinal, and general anesthesia
- Role of the support person
