First Baby Study

If you are between 18 and 35 years old, you may be eligible for The First Baby Study, a research study of women's health during and after their first delivery.

Participants will be interviewed by telephone when they are at least thirty-four weeks pregnant but before they deliver, one month after delivery, and again at six, twelve, eighteen, twenty-four, thirty, and thirty-six months after delivery. Health information will be obtained from mothers' and babies' hospital medical records. You may enroll at any time during your pregnancy. Compensation is provided for participation.
