Prospective Junior Volunteers

 Please note that enrollment for the 2012 Junior Volunteer Program ended March 1, 2012 and we are not accepting applications or recommendation letters sent in after this date.

All prospective first time Junior volunteers who submitted their applications on time and who have also submitted their two letters of recommendation have been contacted, either by phone or email, to schedule an interview. If you have not been contacted for an interview then you did not submit your application by March 1, 2012 or we have yet to receive your letters of recommendation. Once you have been interviewed you will be contacted to attend orientation.You must complete your interview by the end of April and your orientation by the end of May to guarentee placement in this summer's program.

All returning Junior volunteers who submitted their updated applications by March 1, 2012 will be receiving updated orientation packets in the mail with their 2012 assignments in May 2012.

Join teens from all around Berks County in this fun way to help The Reading Hospital!

Our Junior Volunteer Program is a terrific learning experience open to any student who will be in 9th grade or above for the school year of 2012-2013. This is a great opportunity for community service hours or graduation requirements.

Program dates are June 11 through August 17, 2012.

Enrollment opens January 9 and closes March 1, 2012.
