Program Curriculum

0ur Family Medicine Program’s broad curriculum will prepare you for the diverse challenges of primary care for all age groups. You’ll discover ways to meet the challenging and rewarding goal of helping families throughout their lives. You’ll get hands-on experience caring for patients in our Family Health Care Center and Family Medicine Inpatient Service. You will also receive training in a variety of procedural skills and doctor/patient interactions.

Along with core basics, you may choose electives in any year, depending on your areas of interest.

Family Health Care Center (office hours one half-day per week during the first six months and two half-days per week during the second six months)
