A. George Neubert, MDA. George Neubert, MD
Chair, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

A graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Dr. Neubert completed his undergraduate studies at Gannon University. After completing his residency at The Reading Hospital, Dr. Neubert spent two years at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center as a Clinical Fellow and Instructor in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His tenure at The Reading Hospital began in 1995 as Associate Director of the OB/GYN Department and Section Chief of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Neubert also holds a subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He's a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society of Perinatal Obstetrics, Philadelphia Obstetrical Society, Philadelphia Perinatal Society, and the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine.

Peter F. Schnatz, DOPeter F. Schnatz, DO

Residency Program Director, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey, Dr. Schnatz completed his undergraduate studies at Drew University and Post-baccalaureate training at Columbia University. Dr. Schnatz completed his Internal Medicine and OB/GYN residencies at The University of Connecticut, in Farmington, Connecticut.

Certified by both the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Schnatz is also a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner. He is a 2009 recipient of the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award.

Sumit Ghosh, MDSumit Ghosh, MD
Faculty Associate, Student Clerkship Coordinator

Dr. Ghosh graduated from Medical College of Pennsylvania - Drexel University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Medical College of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ghosh was recognized as Resident Educator of the Year and received the Robert W. Leipold Award for Distinguished Teaching at Geisinger Medical Center.

Richard Z. Belch, MD, PhDRichard Z. Belch, MD, PhD
Chief, Section of Gyncologic Oncology

Dr. Belch graduated from University of Illinois College of Medicine, and completed his residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is board certified in both Gynecologic Oncology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

William M. Curtin, MDWilliam M. Curtin, MD
Chief, Section of Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Dr. Curtin graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and completed residencies at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center, CO. He is board certified in Maternal and Fetal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Anatomic & Clinical Pathology. Dr. Curtin is fellowship trained in maternal-fetal medicine at The Medical College of Ohio.

Richard K. DeVeaux, MDRichard K. DeVeaux, MD
Perinatologist, Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Dr. DeVeaux graduated from Hahnemann Medical College, and completed his residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. He is board certified in both Maternal and Fetal Medicine, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. DeVeaux received his fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.

Gerald W. Ferry, III, MDGerald W. Ferry, III, MD
Faculty Associate

Dr. Ferry graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at The Reading Hospital. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ferry was the 2009 recipient of the APGO (Association of Professor’s in Gynecology) Excellence in Teaching Award for his outstanding teaching practices and commitment to teaching excellence.

Dr. Kleiner graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and completed his residency at The Reading Hospital. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Jaime B. Long, MDJaime B. Long, MD
Chief, Section of Urogynecology

Dr. Long graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, and completed her residency at The Reading Hospital. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Long completed her fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Mayo Clinic, AZ.

Shahab S. Minassian, MDShahab S. Minassian, MD
Chief, Section of Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility

Dr. Minassian graduated from Jefferson Medical College, and completed his residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. He is board certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Minassian completed his Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at Jefferson Medical College.

Bernice Robinson-Bennett, MDBernice Robinson-Bennett, MD
Faculty Associate, Section of Gynecologic Oncology

Dr. Robinson-Bennett graduated from UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and completed her residency at The Reading Hospital. Dr. Robinson-Bennett completed her Gynecologic Oncology fellowship at University of Texas Medical Branch.
