The Registrar Office maintains official records, electronic files, and hard copy files for current and former students, graduates, and faculty of all School of Health Sciences Programs.

The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences maintains student education records on a confidential basis in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
